Hi Sandra:
Its me Tony Pinero. Just wanted to say hey. I was just in Hong Kong this past May. Debo told me that you were in Shanghi, sorry I missed you, I would have come to Shanghi to see you, just to tell you that your husband is my brother. I have much respect for him, he has made me feel like family. I can never forget him or you. I will be checking in from time to time to see how you are doing.
Much Love,
Your adopted brother-in-law,
Tony
PS your voice is one of a kind! I'm a big jazz fan. Your husband and I use to listen to you when he was training me to drive and I loved it.
Looking forward to meeting you. I just spoke with your husband Bros Debo who is my senior cousin (in yoruba language:my egbon).
I love your music and Jazz music as a whole!
Best,
Deji
“Be grateful for the love you have, knowing that at this moment, all you have is all you need.”
I miss your music so much he in the states... I am yor buddy that used to walk up on stage w/u all the time...Bills Hideaway and Beau Nash...remember big John. Live in Palm Springs and if you ever want to visit you have a place to stay with your own Guest house. Luvs to you..Stay well
Question: I just wondered into CJW in Shanghai because its a cigar place: Is it difficult on a singer? What kind of songs are you singing? doing?
Thank you
I met your husband today. He said he is ready for retirement. Are you excited?? I just wanted to say your voice is beautiful and I enjoy your CD.
To my dear friend, also known as Miss SANGA', people come and go in your life, but good friends are there forever. Looking forward to hearing you 'sang' again next time i am in China.

Let's record "You Got What It Takes" by Brook and Dinah! You sound fantastic on the cd.
Sandra, my lovely wife, how're you doing? This is Ayo, I designed your wedding anniversary attires. I believe you're still enjoying the dress. I hope to be in the United State soon. See you then.
Dear Sandra:
Do you remember the night at Sambuca's, when you were singing "Don't Go To Strangers," when all of a
sudden in the middle of the song, at a particularly touching moment, we, the audience, stood en mass,
for a standing ovation? I still remember. Of course you wouldn't, because you've had too many nights
like that. It's a memory that will live with me forever. I've many memories like that with you. I hope to
have many more. Well, I've got to get ready for work, but we'll talk soon.
Much Love,
"The answer to all your questions is certainly YES!...
You know you are one of the very few singers with whom I really enjoyed working with here in Shanghai...come to think of it, that includes anywhere else in the world tool!!!... :-)"
Hi Sandra,
I was so extremely proud of you last night at the Genie Grant Tribute.
Your vocal was absolute perfection.
You were very sophisticated and beautiful.
So very artistic, a true jazz artist.
You are total class.
Love,
C & P
Hey Sandra!!!
Miss you , we will have to have dinner soon and catch up. Will be intouch .

"If you were not at the Arts center in Mesquite Friday night you missed a wonderful concert. Our own Miss Sandra Kaye was much into the music. Accompanied by the masterful Arlington Jones and the Mesquite Jazz Repertory Ensemble under the direction of Curt Bradshaw. Sandra flirted and wooed the audience with a medley of songs as only she can do. After all she does have her standards."
"I always enjoy working with you and hearing you. It was really my pleasure! Hope to see ya soon."
"you are so beautiful...wonderful show last night. thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. "
Dear Sandra,
You were wonderful tonight... thank you for sharing your music with us!
~rosanne
Hey Sandra, THANK YOU for an excellent, heart throbbing performance. Not only was the voice in the pocket, but you looked MARVELOUS!!! That rendition of "You Go To My Head" was too much, as was the entire book that you sang. When you autographed my copy of your CD, I recall you saying that you didn't have a pressing for yourself; it was my pleasure finding one for you. I also have recordings that are intangible, it hurts. Anyway, when is your next performance? I WANT TO HEAR MORE! Lionel
Great show. Only one complaint - TOO SHORT. You looked and sounded fabulous, Sandra! And that band wasn't too shabby either.
Miss Sandra Kaye my friend - you are an inspiration to us all! Great show.
Love,
Miss Jones
It was wonderful..We love you, Sandra Kaye. The concert wasn't long enough....
Hey Girl....I thought of you today when The Drifters song " Up on the Roof " came on the radio...in fact, you come to mind whenever I hear that song. You used to sing it often at the Hideaway. I miss those days of hearing you perform and watching you move the audience with your musical-magical charms. Be well, honey...best wishes for you always...XOXO
What is the name of the song about a chair "Why should I give it away."? Which album is it in? I love it and have been searching a while for it.
"ok, all i can say is that you are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! what a joy to see you AND to be able to witness you do what you do. What a special and rare gift you have. And what a special and rare gem you are. As Shelley says, '. . . and that's why they call her Sandra Kaye.'"
To my friend Sandra: What a wonderful CD you have produced. I just love to listen to it. What makes it so special is when I see you in concert and I hear your wonderful voice this CD is real. Sandra you make records that are truly your voice just like I am there no fake stuff. I love you for all the support you give me and Sandaga Jazz. Keep doing what you do. God bless you and your family.
PS Thanks for your friendship.
Hey there Lady! It was so refreshing to hear your voice! Just like butter! Whew! I'm in Hong Kong and Lou from Romania was telling me he had a blast playing with you!!! Please let me know how you are. It's been too long.

You and I have been into some of the same places like 'The Horandus(?) Club,Play Boy Club, Country Clubs, Hotels even the Gay Bar where you worked. I won a talent night on one Sunday evening.
In the 70's & 80's. And maybe some of the same faces (Fat Head, Duke Ellington, Johnny Taylor, Marchel Ivery, Old Curtis over at the 'Black House of Arts', Ft. Worth Jazz, Rachella (with her wonderful self... she's just like a daughter) and some of the same things :0)
Life is wonderful. I also have a Radio Station within the same BlogTalkRadio Family of Stations. Our Station is 'The- Family Unity Show'
I like your sound. And the interview on Diva's show was very informative. Keep up the good work.
Love you MUCH,
eve
Ms. Kaye,
It was indeed MY pleasure. You are a wonderful entertainer with a dynamic voice, and I look forward to the next opportunity. Quamon is both a marvelous young man and musician, so I was not surprised that we would work well together...it's about the music. Ego is for those that have something to prove.
Most sincerely,
Mario Cruz
Hi Sandra:
Just a short note to convey my appreciation for your wonderful performance at the MJRE Concert. I just listened to the CD and thoroughly enjoyed it. Your rendition of the selections was authoritative (if I may say so). I don't get the full effect of the songs when I am concentrating on my parts. So, the recording really allowed me to listen to the fine musician you are. I will be listening to and extolling your wonderful gift.
Thanks,
Javier
SANDRA...YOUR SITE IS GREAT.MISS YOU LIKE CRAZY...THINK OF YOU OFTEN. DON'T BE SURPRISED TO SEE MY SMILING FACE IN THE CROWD ONE NIGHT SOON. MISS HEARING YOU SING!

Hello:
I am Freddie Jean Lowery's son and I must say that the story about you and my mom certainly put a smile on my face. I can certainly see my grandfather saying something crazy like that. Thank you for this wonderful moment in my day
On an "At Last" scale of 1-10, here's the score:
Beyonce = 1+
Sandra Kaye = 12+
Just my humble, but most accurate opinion after hearing Beyonce destroy a good song at the inauguration.

Thanks for a wonderful evening of music last week at the Mesquite Performance Hall. I really enjoyed your performance. Some things just get better and you were in rare form that evening. I could tell you were enjoying it yourself. You have that style that is often missed today. Great performance and thank you for your voice, style and flair.
Bruce Mendosa
What do you do with sixteen guys and one girl? Make music.
And thats what happened at the Mesquite Performance Hall last week.
I was fortunate to be there and see SK take the stage backed by a sixteen piece band. a beautiful lady with a wonderful voice.
SK induced those guys to swing with everything they had. I am always amazed in how she commands the stage and make it seem so intimate. Great performance.
You were wonderful last night. You made us feel so good to be a part of your family.
Love you so much!!!
Roscoe & Velma

Thanks for the phone call last evening. It meant alot!!
Too long out of touch.
Dear Sandra:
It is my fault. Often thinking of you. Lost 2 email addresses by illicit entry (stealing passwords while I was online, also crashing the security question), and it could happen again. Also, unauthorized people hanging around outside my home. Hope all is well in your life, perhaps can hear you again in Shanghai? Love to Jameelah and family, if you are in touch. God bless you all, and Debo's business too.
Much love,
Zophia
